The Bryan County Emergency Services encourages citizens and employees to notify the agency of incidents, concerns comments or complaints regarding our employees
We want to know when we are doing well and when we fall short of your expectations.
Your concerns will be forwarded to the appropriate office, and an agency official will contact you within 24 business hours or the next business day if you so desire, likewise, your positive comments will be shared with the appropriate official as well as the employee being praised.
Your opinion matters to us and will assist us in providing the best possible service available.
