On February 1, 2008 took delivery of a Mobile Command Vehicle. This vehicle was purchased with Homeland Security Funds with no matching funds requrred from the county. BlackHawk 1 was designed and built by National Catastrophic Services (NACS) a company in Florida which specializes in these type vehicles.
